Class Name: Drawn Thread Bookmark

Description: This counted thread technique was used originally as a decorative hem stitch for table linens and clothing. Today designers include drawn thread techniques in samplers as well as household and clothing embellishments. In this class you will create a bookmark while learning to anchor the cut threads and needleweave the uncut threads using Hemstitch, Nun's Stitch, Satin Stitch, Smyrna Cross Stitch and a decorative Needleweaving pattern. This is a Stitcher's Workshop exclusive design.
