Busy, busy month! For the first time in quite a while we have a needlepoint Trunk Show in the shop. CanvasWorks/Traditions has sent in some adorable Christmas Stockings and some lovely floral canvases. I’ll be taking photos and posting them to the site a few each day. The show goes home on Friday, February 25 so be sure to check it out while it’s here. We’re offering 15% off the canvases while they’re here. The shopping cart will not show the discount but we will apply it. Of course, best is to just come see!

By the way, the shop will be closed Friday, February 11 and Saturday, February 12 as I need to be in Texas for a SCR meeting.

Just in are the Lizzie Kate and Sweetheart Tree automatics. Click on Cross Stitch and then on each designer to see them. Lizzie Kate has a new Double Flip series called Halloween Rules that is really cute and of course, we’ve set up an automatic for that so you know you’ll not miss a thing. Take a look.

Sweetheart Tree has begun a new series called Quadrielle and I think these are awesome! She has kitted the designs so you get everything you need to complete it except the stuffing and any decorative trims you might want to use to dress yours up. The series will include special occasions and holidays so start your collection now!

New colors of ThreadworX and Gentle Art are on the way and new colors of Rainbow Gallery, Caron Collection and Weeks Dye Works will be in soon. Watch for the updates. While you’re on the Thread page check out the Thread of the Month Club. We’ve had a surge of new subscribers to these clubs and all are enjoying the excitement of receiving a packet of new threads the first of each month.
