May is Mother's Day and we have an idea for the perfect Mother's Day gift. You know how relaxing stitching is and you know how wonderful it is to have something you can do with your Mom so why not combine the two? Take a look at the classes in the Stitcher's University and choose one you think you and your Mom might enjoy doing together then call the shop and we'll arrange a day and time. Better yet, sign the two of you up for the Thursday Bunch that meets from 2-4pm or from 7-9pm every Thursday for a bit of a class, more stitching, and the most fellowship and laughter you may have all week!

You work on what you want to stitch and get help with your project. Take time to play with your Mom! 

We had a wonderful time at the Needlework Hideaway! Good people, a wonderful hotel with awesome food, lots of stitching and sharing. What more could you ask for? We had so much fun we're going to do it again. Mark your calendar for November 13-16 for our Fall edition of the Needlework Hideaway at the Red Apple Inn on beautiful Greer's Ferry Lake in Heber Springs, Arkansas. I've had a customer request a Punch Needle class as a Mother/Daugher class so we're looking to schedule something in July after those first of the summer events are over. If you would like to learn this quick, easy, and tons of fun technique, please plan to join us. Of course you can come with or without a child but consider sponsoring a 12-16 year old child to the class. We need to pass on our knowledge of the needlearts to the next generation and this would be a good way to do that. Email or call the shop to be placed on the interest list and we'll see you get the information as soon as a date is firmed up.
